I hereby make an application to participate in the training session/event/workshop/other and certify that the particulars of my details as given during online/offline registration are correct, and that i have read and understood the rules and regulations for the training session/event/workshop/other and undertakings on this form and hereby undertake to be bound by them.

I recognise and acknowledge that Driver/Occupant in any car or spectator for offroad and allied trainings/event/other is an inherently dangerous activity and which can expose the driver and others to a high degree of risk of serious bodily injury or death, which may be caused by the driver's acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of others or nature. In recognition of these facts, and in consideration of the acceptance of this entry, i elect voluntarily to make this declaration and provide this indemnity and assume all risks of loss, damages, injury or death that may be sustained, and i will perform the requirements of this training session/event/workshop/other at my own risk. Consequently, i shall be solely responsible for the consequences of my participation in the training session/event/workshop/other, including any injury or death to me, and nobody else shall be liable or responsible for any consequences arising thereof under such circumstances and i hereby specifically absolve all parties involved in organising/helping/participating in the training session/event/workshop/other.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Dr. Tejas Kothari, Learn Offroad, including its partners, owners, representatives, affiliates, wards, others), the organisers, and their officials, the sponsors, agents, representatives, employees, and all persons assisting them in this training session/event/workshop/other and all owners and tenants of private property traversed by this training session/event/workshop/other (if any), from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demand in respect of death or physical or mental injury to myself or any other person or persons or loss of damage to property including the car concerned in this training session/event/workshop/other, if any, or otherwise howsoever and not withstanding that the same may have been contributed or occasioned by the organiser and their officials, agents, representatives, employees and all persons assisting them in this training session/event/workshop/ other or by another participant. The indemnity shall be binding on my heirs, executors and legal representatives.

I declare that i possess the standard competence necessary for a training session/event/workshop/other of this type to which this entry relates, also that the vehicle entered is suitable and test worthy and insured for the training session/event/ workshop/other. I agree and undertake to abide by the rules and regulations framed for the training session/event/workshop/ other including conditions precedent set out herein and all other rules and regulations, which may hereinafter be framed. I undertake not to put myself under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medicines or any other intoxicating substances that affect the ability to drive a motor vehicle before and during the drive and training session/event/workshop/other. I suffer from no medical condition that may get aggravated or impair my ability during the drive and get trained or participate in training session/event/workshop/other (nor am i on any medications that are contraindicated for such activities). I understand that i will be asked to exit the workshop/event (without getting any refund or facilities) in case i misbehave, or drive rashly or for any other reason the organiser may deem it necessary to ask me to leave.

I declare that i will observe any and all speed limits and all other local laws and regulations and also all instructions of the organiser’s personnel and other instructors / experts during the period of the training session/event/workshop/other. I confirm that i have a valid Indian driving license and shall be driving the vehicle myself at all times during the drive and that i will not make it available to any third party for use. I agree that it is my sole responsibility to recover my vehicle from the property in case it is stuck or broken down or otherwise immovable due to any other reason. I agree not to damage the tracks, property or vegetation and not venture out of the boundaries. I agree to respect any local villagers or livestock that may be traversing the property and if any issues happen with them, it is my sole responsibility. I hereby grant permission to use without royalties or payment any photographs and/or video of me and my vehicle/property/pets taken by anyone during the workshop/event in publications, art forms, news releases, social media, online, and in other communications or uses. I hereby acknowledge that i am fully conversant with the risk and dangers of offroad training session/event/workshop/other in particular which i assume hereby at my sole costs and risks. I agree to be moved by organiser to a hospital in case of unforeseen event.

I agree to have fully understood the contents of this document in terms of both the language and the content as such and agree to accept the above terms and conditions in full and without exceptions.
